EAT
In Ōtautahi Christchurch, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to wining and dining. For an easy lunchtime spot, be sure to check out Riverside Market - an indoor market and one of Ōtautahi Christchurch's most loved foodie spots. Or try Little High Eatery for even more choice. For a fun and fancy night out, head to The Terrace for world-class dining, set along the beautiful Ōtākaro Avon River. And don’t miss New Regent Street, with its colourful Spanish Mission style architecture. It boasts an abundance of unique restaurants, vibrant bars and indulgent dessert spots. Tussock Hill is also a great option, a boutique, family-owned organic vineyard and restaurant on the Port Hills, Christchurch, New Zealand.

The central city is home to an exciting mix of bars and speakeasies that make the perfect nightcap. Check out The Terrace, where you will find an exciting mix of craft beer bars, intimate cocktail lounges, and live music hot spots. For a cocktail with sunset view,s head to one of the city’s rooftop bars or try one of the more intimate ‘hidden gem’ spots that can be found on High Street or Cashel Street. GET OUTTA TOWN

Bask in the beauty of the boutique cellar doors and their expert craft. Relax in the natural thermal pools of Hanmer Springs, or if you need more adrenaline, try a bungy jump or find your need for speed with Alpine Jet Thrills jet boat.
The picturesque seaside town and French village of Akaroa is another must-visit. Only a short drive away over the stunning Banks Peninsula, it is a charming place with incredible scenery and wildlife. Swim with dolphins or get up close to the largest Australasian Little Penguin colony on mainland New Zealand.
